Some couples just need us for their Ceremony and some need us for both the Ceremony and Reception. Whatever you need, we are here for you!
From getting ready, to taking photos, to the commencement of the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and everything in between, we will create a day of timeline to make sure no important event goes missed. We will also send your vendors a copy of the timeline prior to your big day.
There's no doubt that your big day will be busy, but we are here to ensure your events flow smoothly and timely. Whether it's time for the first dance, parent dances, speeches, cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss, etc., we keep your day of timeline on hand so there's never confusion on which event will be next. We are also in constant communication with the DJ/Emcee to make the announcements to your guests to they too are aware of what's going on.
It's your big day and you should not be doing any work! We will set up your decor and supplies to match your vision. We will plan a meeting and tour of your venue within the month leading up to the big day. Here we will review a comprehensive list of questions to make sure no wedding detail is overlooked and you can show us how and where you want everything set up.
Some venues do not allow for you to drop off your decor and supplies the day before your wedding, but we all know how convenient that would be! This is also not a wedding day task for the Bride and Groom! If you do not have someone who can bring your decor and supplies to your venue, you can drop it off with us during your wedding week and we will bring it with us to the venue.
We will attend and facilitate your rehearsal which includes lining everyone up in the correct order and rehearsing the processional and recessional. This will ensure we are all on the same page for the big day and will offer tips and suggestions for your perfect ceremony.
You do not want to be taking calls and questions from your vendors while getting ready. We will schedule your vendors' arrival times and help them get set up in the right spot.
We want your guests to feel acknowledged! We will greet them and escort them to where they need to be, whether it's time for them to take a seat for the ceremony to begin, the transition to cocktail hour or to get seated in the reception for the grand entrance.
We're big fans of the Bride and Groom having no communication on the wedding day, until the first look and/or the ceremony; therefore, we can be the messenger to communicate anything important. If you're sending a letter and/or gift to each other's room, we can facilitate the exchange.
You will all wake up on the big day and think you have so much time to get ready, but those hours will go by quickly! We will be there to assist with any getting ready preparations as well as keeping the wedding party on schedule so they will be ready without delay.
If unplanned situations arise, we will discreetly resolve them so that your day is not interrupted. If events need to be moved forward or back, we will make the executive decision to do what's best for you!
